So today I was taking a customary walk in Clements Park in Littleton CO when I espied about 30 young men in desert shirts, camo pants, and combat boots. They were doing exercises in plain sight unarmed with no military vehicles. I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen this behavior? Is it just to condition us to seeing trooops in the community. Doesn't the Posse Comitatus Act apply anymore?
