What a great microcosm of what's wrong in America today. Entrepreneurs are crushed under the boot of bureaucratic regulation.
Now even lemonade stands require permits. To quote Francisco d'Anconia: "when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing...you may know that your society is doomed."
