Absolutely. They train teachers and students lockdown procedures. They tell them to lock the door, turn off the lights, and be quiet. That's it. I think if some teachers and staff want to obtain firearm training and respond to the school threat with their firearm, the students would be better protected. I have yet to meet a teacher that would not put himself in front of danger to keep their kids safe. Measures to keep the students safe are not good enough if all it takes to get to the kids is someone breaking through a flimsy door.

I believe the problem isn't about whether or not guns should be allowed in schools because I believe the greater threat to both children and teachers is the idiotic and dumbing-down effect of Kommon Kore. Let's support ridding the top-down, mandated BS of KK in our schools first, then discuss safety, guns, etc. Just my opinion.

Heck yeah schools teachers should be armed if they choose to of course. I have said this on my podcast that gun free zones should be called kill zones! That's exactly what they are! It's good to see one person in Hollywood get it!
