NYC has another lunatic. The last one wanted to restrict what size drinks people could buy. This one has a hard on for horses. I cannot feel bad for the people of NYC. They bring this crap down upon themselves. It is funny though. I wonder if the horses will end up at the My Little Pony Glue factory...
