I strongly agree with this every point in this article.
The article asks why does President Obama talk about these failed policies but not about things he can do with his position to stop them. I would say it's because the Executive Branch enforces law and doesn't make it, but increasingly the Executive Branch *acts* as if it can make laws.
I'm glad President Obama is at least talking about it. As Jeffery Tucker says, this is great for him because he gets political credit for talk and no action.
