Now it seems that Obama has sent his Darth Vader to trample out the First Amendment rights of many conservative and Republican related non-profit groups. Most likely at the request of the evil Emperor that’s enthroned in the White House, the IRS is considering new rules and regulations that will muzzle some non-profit groups and basically undermine their principle goals.

The new rules, if adopted would bar non-profits from endorsing or giving any advice on which political candidates or issues to vote for or against. It would also establish a blackout period before the elections where none of them would be allowed to speak a word about political issues.

Mat Staver, Chairman of Liberty Counsel Action commented about the new rules being considered, saying:

"Now what we're seeing is even worse because the proposed regulations would silence 501(c)(4) issue advocacy organizations, such as Liberty Counsel Action and others," warns Staver. "It would not only silence them but also silence anyone who works for an organization even when they are volunteering on their own time apart from the organization."

"Literally this is a complete shutdown of organizations that have historically been able to engage in issue advocacy and political activity – organizations that have actually been approved by the United States Supreme Court as having the right under the First Amendment to engage in expressive activity, including religious perspectives and political viewpoints."

Did anyone expect any less when they put a Marxist, dictator-lover in the White House? He is not even the man, he is the puppet of people like Valerie Jarrett and Soros, maybe even Kissinger. Look at the visitor logs for the Oval Office, these are the people calling the shots, and they hate industry, capitalism and freedom. Of course they will chain up churches, until the conform and will then replace them with Gaia worship temporarily, lots of control with everyone under that one. No man upstairs to question them, as only they speak for Gaia.

Anyone can take action against this rule by
going to the federal comments website regulations.gov and making a comment. The
name of the proposed regulation is "Guidance for Tax-exempt Social Welfare Organizations on Candidate-related Political Activities." I plan to do this today. I got this information from Matt Kibbe at Freedomworks.

No one sufficiently educated should have any concerns about IRS actions; www.LostHorizons.com.

Not so. The IRS is the only Federal entity that can legally ignore "innocent until proven guilty". To the IRS, you have to prove that you've done everything right in an audit. To every other law-enforcement agency, they have to prove you were wrong.

Additionally, the IRS can place a lien on your property, garnish your wages, etc. - all without a court order. And fighting them is not only expensive and time-consuming, but frequently a losing battle - again because the standard of proof is backwards.

The IRS is perhaps the scariest organization in the Federal Government. When aided by the NSA you get the 1930's Gestappo.

I say quite the opposite. The IRS was the deciding factor in my closing a profitable business, selling the property and beginning the striker lifestyle. I've given an account of what transpired and it can be found here in the Gulch with a search. Suffice it to say that I was put through hell for over a year, owed nothing to the IRS, in fact they owed me when we were finnaly done. But that didn't keep them from putting leans on my property, tying up bank accounts and more, just because of a clerks typo that added some zeros to my income.

I'll stack up my diplomas next to his anytime.

The IRS is the enforcement arm of the BO administration.

You are simply wrong and so is that author.
