Part of the problem with the Global Warming and Environmental research is the huge government money flowing into these fields. If there's no crisis then the money dries up.

Does anybody who just lived through March believe it was the warmest on record? Or even warmer than normal? I know it's just anecdotal, but March here was not particularly warm. In fact, it seemed colder to me than normal.

the question is-are these 5 scientists going to be impartial? When stuff like this data doctoring happen it taints ALL in the field.
Recently, with the admission of forensic auditors, we find that for over 3 decades, scientists were purposely overstating the value of their science-how many convictions were erroneously made due to that evidence? so now we don't trust FBI forensic scientists. These scientists have perpetuated a terrible fraud on all of us and their field. In many professions, in order to maintain your license you have to take courses in Ethics. I do not promote licensing in the first place, but for scientific researchers is it the same? Science has a morality and an Ethics. At its core is Truth. Surely there is a Code of Conduct for those in scientific professions to follow and if you break that code you should be ostracized from your colleagues and banned from your profession. If it is found to be the case, it will implicate hundreds of scientists and agency employees and policy makers and a former Vice President who have perpetrated this fraud on the world
