Hello KSilver3,
The root of the problem is our tax collection system. Adopt a simple fair tax and the bean counters will be out of business, instead of looking for more ways to insure they are squeezing out every dime.
More regulations, more victims of "unintended consequences." Or perhaps they are intended...
