I was a bit downcast after reading the thread on Hillary earlier in this morning in the Gulch, because I fear that the doomsayers are correct (all the liberals will vote for her and all the conservatives who Really Want a Woman President will too). This thread makes me feel better. There is nothing that will be more damaging to the Democratic party than to have Global Warming discredited.

Nice find.
Simply look at who's gaining from this nonsense. Al Gore has made tons of money, Obama thinks forcing Americans to send him their money will magically alter laws of nature. How much money the "scientists" are getting paid to advocate this scam is anyone's guess.
Humans cannot possibly cause any environmental change on a world-wide scale; don't give us that much credit. This stuff was happening before we were here and will continue long after we are gone. Maybe more so after we are gone to clean up all the sh*t political officials think American citizens will believe.
The public is now required to $make$ all mandatory adjustments when it pleases their progressive elite betters.
When you stand on Mt Washington looking at glacial striations on the bedrock and then look about 5000' down to the surrounding New Hampshire countryside, you are overwhelmed with the concept that New Hampshire was covered with over a mile of ice - 13,000 years ago. Only 13,000 + years ago. All gone by 10,000 years ago.
Now THAT is climate change!
There is little humans can do to impact earth's climate. That ice did not disappear because of caveman's campfires. This whole climate change thing is a criminal fraud. There should be public floggings for any scientist pushing this nonsense.

No answer => no concrete theories, so bogus ones crop up and scientifically illiterate people buy into them.
Sad.

Although if you look at any maps of the US and what miniscule fraction of our land mass would be compromised by any realistic estimate of ocean level rise, it's just another panic-inducing hyper-over-reaction by the MSM.
Do any Warmite Weenies ever take into consideration the increased concentration of population or capital investment when they claim that current storms 'do so much more damage than they used to'?
Nope. No reason for them to. It might shed light on their bogus claims.
