The Judge will be joining us on Monday (12-8-14) 1pm-2pm EST.
I don’t usually have much time in the AM so I thought it would be good to prepare.
I have put together a few questions I would like to put to him. Please comment and add your own.

The Honorable Judge Napolitano,
Have you any interest in public office?
Why don’t we have someone like you that truly appreciates the spirit of the Constitution on the high court?
Do you or Fox have any interest in bringing back Freedom Watch?
What could we do to get Freedom Watch back on?
What do you think of the convention of states as proposed by Mark Levin?
Considering the political implications, what prudent steps can be taken by congress to reign in the usurpation of the executive?
What philosophers have influenced you the most?
Who is your favorite Founding Father?
What, if any, areas of the Constitution do you see as weaknesses or areas that need amending?
Who would you like to see run for POTUS?
Who of the potential candidates so far would be the best for restoring limited government and Liberty?
If you could get one wish from the Federal government what would it be?
What form of taxation (Income, Flat, Fair, none of the preceding) to fund the Federal government do you prefer?
Besides buying your books (for me a pleasure and a given), how can we help you and our nation?

Respectfully,
O.A.

That is a well thought out list. Hard to add to it but I think I would ask if he feels there really is a chance to right the ship or if there are already to many holes to be repaired?

Who were the heroes of your formative years?
    What are you currently reading?
    Mustard or Mayo?

OK, I'll play. (I know I'm not Napolitano, but I can be pretty darned judgmental at times... --giggles--)

Henry Ford, Elizabeth I, and Andrew Carnegie. And my mom.

This website, silly! --lol-- Actually, I'm at about book 4 of the Outlander series - really light and senseless drama and housewife porn, but fun entertainment.

Beaver Russian Hot mustard, grated (maybe pickled) horseradish, and fresh dill pickles. Sauerkraut on sausages. Mayo is a consideration, but not my usual condiment.

ok, I'll play too. hmm, answering my own questions: I might pick Elizabeth I as well-but in my formative years, the only one I had any great exposure to was Shakespeare's Elizabeth. sooo. um, Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, Bobby Vinton-well his songs which TBS would schlep all the time in commercials-yes, was completely head over heels, Baryshnikov, and Anne Frank.just downloaded Robin Craig's Teh Geneh War-it's free this weekend btw-link:

Mayo or mustard...lol GHB.. and LMNOP too.
Okay this reminds of a story. My sister, LuAnn, recently came for a visit...
She's not up to date on current events so much and doesn't pay a lot of attention to politics. She relies on me and our mother to fill her in. During the course of conversation at some point I asked her if she knew who judge Napolitano was and she didn't so I filled her in a bit and told her about him coming to the gulch for a Q and A. Later I asked if she knew who Dinesh d'Souza is...she didn't. I made a snarky remark about how Mom would know who I'm talking about and asked when she was going to pull her head out of the sand. Later, after I had told Mom about this conversation, we were playing cards with the news on and Dinesh d'Souza came on the screen. My mom yells, "THAT'S Dinesh d'Souza, Lu." (Snort. d'Souza -Lu.) Okay, so maybe this was a long story for a lame punchline, and maybe ya just had ta be here, but I'm STILL laughing about it.)

Great list, I would be interested also in the Judge's opinion as to weather we will ever be able to repair the damage this administration has done to our foreign policy?

How can things get better and can parents overcome the loss of history which comes with Common Core?
Is it likely the UN will end property right via UN Agenda 21, since Obama has agreed to the agenda?
What can be done to retain the right to our personal retirement accounts, and is government seizure legal and likely?

Do you agree that there is a movement towards more liberty by everyday citizens in the US?

Can it gain momentum, or will it be quashed by institutional collectivism?

Is the multi-state compact to award all electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote, regardless of the individual state's vote, Constitutional or not?

Good questions. Here's a couple I'd like to have him answer: 1), Which poses the greatest danger to the US; the Council on Foreign Relations or the central bank (fed reserve)? And 2), what course of action(s) would he propose to end either of them or both?

Congress didn't establish the CFR. Therefore, in theory, the fed is arguably easier to legally eliminate (if any of the congress-critters had integrity to honor the oath of office.)

The CFR has dominated our gov't since the 1930's and hasn't relinquished control since. I encourage you to do you own research. Here's a few pointers: look up CFR Study number 7 and what did they have to say about establishing a "new international order"? Who comprised nearly all of the cabinet members of: FDR, Truman, Eisenhower, JFK, LBJ, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush I, Clinton, and Bush II? What organization did they belong to? Research the membership of the people who sat in positions of unelected office: Secretary of State, Defense, Interior, etc. Who were they members of? You'll soon discover the true cancer that's preventing you and I from having a truly representative & accountable gov't.

Regarding the private cabal of banks (fed reserve), the heads of those regions are also members of the same damn group of goons I describe above. This is why, no matter WHO gets in the executive office, regarding foreign policy and economic policy, nothing ever really changes. Americans are given the illusion of choice, by choosing between the CFR-appointees every 2 and 4 years. But in the end, the CFR still gets THEIR candidate in.

    1. How would you limit government? What functions would you have it retain, assuming it would discard or "privatize" all the rest?

    2. Separate question: which powers should stay reserved to the States as against the federal government?

    3. What means of raising revenue are most consistent with the Constitution, the limited powers of government as in 1 or 2 above, and basic human liberty?
