The Honorable Judge Napolitano's visit: Some questions
Posted by ObjectiveAnalyst 10 years ago to The Gulch: General
The Judge will be joining us on Monday (12-8-14) 1pm-2pm EST.
I don’t usually have much time in the AM so I thought it would be good to prepare.
I have put together a few questions I would like to put to him. Please comment and add your own.
The Honorable Judge Napolitano,
Have you any interest in public office?
Why don’t we have someone like you that truly appreciates the spirit of the Constitution on the high court?
Do you or Fox have any interest in bringing back Freedom Watch?
What could we do to get Freedom Watch back on?
What do you think of the convention of states as proposed by Mark Levin?
Considering the political implications, what prudent steps can be taken by congress to reign in the usurpation of the executive?
What philosophers have influenced you the most?
Who is your favorite Founding Father?
What, if any, areas of the Constitution do you see as weaknesses or areas that need amending?
Who would you like to see run for POTUS?
Who of the potential candidates so far would be the best for restoring limited government and Liberty?
If you could get one wish from the Federal government what would it be?
What form of taxation (Income, Flat, Fair, none of the preceding) to fund the Federal government do you prefer?
Besides buying your books (for me a pleasure and a given), how can we help you and our nation?
Respectfully,
O.A.

I notice Galt's Gulch appears in my email 9:03AM weekdays and 10.03AM weekends while others have been commenting the previous night.
I'll likely be out of the loop.
What are you currently reading?
Mustard or Mayo?
Henry Ford, Elizabeth I, and Andrew Carnegie. And my mom.
This website, silly! --lol-- Actually, I'm at about book 4 of the Outlander series - really light and senseless drama and housewife porn, but fun entertainment.
Beaver Russian Hot mustard, grated (maybe pickled) horseradish, and fresh dill pickles. Sauerkraut on sausages. Mayo is a consideration, but not my usual condiment.

mustard. NEVER mayo
I like your answers btw
Okay this reminds of a story. My sister, LuAnn, recently came for a visit...
She's not up to date on current events so much and doesn't pay a lot of attention to politics. She relies on me and our mother to fill her in. During the course of conversation at some point I asked her if she knew who judge Napolitano was and she didn't so I filled her in a bit and told her about him coming to the gulch for a Q and A. Later I asked if she knew who Dinesh d'Souza is...she didn't. I made a snarky remark about how Mom would know who I'm talking about and asked when she was going to pull her head out of the sand. Later, after I had told Mom about this conversation, we were playing cards with the news on and Dinesh d'Souza came on the screen. My mom yells, "THAT'S Dinesh d'Souza, Lu." (Snort. d'Souza -Lu.) Okay, so maybe this was a long story for a lame punchline, and maybe ya just had ta be here, but I'm STILL laughing about it.)
Is it likely the UN will end property right via UN Agenda 21, since Obama has agreed to the agenda?
What can be done to retain the right to our personal retirement accounts, and is government seizure legal and likely?
Can it gain momentum, or will it be quashed by institutional collectivism?
Regarding the private cabal of banks (fed reserve), the heads of those regions are also members of the same damn group of goons I describe above. This is why, no matter WHO gets in the executive office, regarding foreign policy and economic policy, nothing ever really changes. Americans are given the illusion of choice, by choosing between the CFR-appointees every 2 and 4 years. But in the end, the CFR still gets THEIR candidate in.

2. Separate question: which powers should stay reserved to the States as against the federal government?
3. What means of raising revenue are most consistent with the Constitution, the limited powers of government as in 1 or 2 above, and basic human liberty?
like Obamacare and the unconstitutional executive
