How does that comment even make sense? How about balancing for the sake of survival and progress

So his new plan is not to balance the budget, but it is to "control spending and smart entitlement packages"....Well I will be the first one to give him an award (a cowpie) titled "BEING DUMBER THAN NOTHING" because it's almost too stupid for me to even follow along.
