Interesting video that mentions the possibility of removing the LSAT from law school requirements. I think that is a mistake, this guy says he is not sure.

    I had a little difficulty watching him because he moved around alot (this has nothing to do with the content of the talk, just it was distracting). I did not think he gave enough analysis to his conclusions on why minority applications to law school have lessened. for example, economic conditions and the cost of schooling, seemed to not figure in his estimation. as in everything designed to separate the herd, you must set perimeters. Get rid of the most basic perimeters in being accepted to law school, well then, how about no grades in law school either. or grades based on a handicap-like they're doing with credit scores for minorities. bull shit
