Lawfare 2.0: A New York judge [guilty of treason] launches a coup

Excerpt:
"In the order, Engelmayer held that President Trump’s political appointees have no access to the Treasury Department, which means that the president has no access. He also held that DOGE’s actions are so patently unlawful that DOGE must destroy all information it already gleaned from examining the Treasury computer system. To add further outrage, he ordered DOGE to comply with his order even before there is an actual hearing on this matter.

As one attorney commenting as @amuse on X wrote:

The implications are staggering. By stripping the executive branch of access to its own financial data, this ruling effectively transfers control of the federal purse to the permanent bureaucracy...

This is lawfare at its most brazen: a raw, partisan power grab dressed up in legalese. If allowed to stand, this decision sets the precedent that any left-wing judge can unilaterally strip the President of his authority and hand it to the administrative state. That is not democracy. It is not law. It is judicial dictatorship.

A little primer in the Constitution will help explain just how foul Englemayer’s decision is."

What’s been going on at the Treasury HAS CLEARLY BEEN FRAUD!!!

WHEN DO WE BREAK OUT THE SHACKLES?! I used to work for a state government. Last night I joined my replacement back at that old position for dinner. They scrutinize everything he does on this business trip. BUT THE TREASURY IS SENDING HUNDREDS OF BILLION$ to unknown entities? It’s laughable- a farce.

      👍
How do you suppose people get credit to lease cars at $900 a month? Cui Bono?
The fed has been the biggest problem since 1913.
They profit and bribe con-gress while the productive are enslaved.
The bribed con-gress gave them the keys to fort knox (and effective ownership of every other real asset) in 1913.

The Good News on this, is ONCE we get some RULINGS about this, hopefully from SCOTUS, it will give Trump the power to IGNORE such Future TROs.
Childress Addressed the temporary nature of these. The ONE Thing I 1000% think is wrong is asking for things to be DESTROYED. Stored in a SCIF, sure. But there is NOTHING Temporary about destruction of Evidence. And ordering such destruction of Evidence, should be a FEDERAL CRIME...

And I would LOVE TO SEE someone ARREST the judge for his order!

Childers' post on this topic was a real masterpiece. I had to read it in segments, to make sure I digested it all. Even yet there are details that escape me, but all in good time.

Was that his latest article laying out the possible method the President has up his sleeve to to hoist them on their own petards? DOGE has been the main target, deliberately drawing fire while behind the scenes things happen at breakneck speed. DOGE sole function is to build a huge file of waste and criminal activity, which con-gress will have to act on or lose that miniscule nucleus of believability. Once it's in their hands, all the petty, frantic screaming, lawfare and wringing of hands will have no leg to stand on.

Yes, I believe that was the one. I can't wait. I occasionally spend some time in the r/politics subreddit of Reddit, and they are just so unhinged (although most of the activity I'm convinced is bots). But at this point they aren't able to come up with any sort of coherent argument or reason why what he's doing what he's doing, so they just resort to name calling and making embarrassingly telling sexual discussions about him. It's a sight to behold, but can't wait till the rest happens!

Trump needs to wave a copy of the Constitution while publicly explaining how this judge is out of line and then tell the judge to take his vacuous edict and shove it up his ass.

    ExcerpT:
"Under the Constitution’s organization, regulatory and administrative bodies are all part of the Executive Branch. And as Art. II, Sec 1 explicitly states, “The executive Power shall be vested in a President...”

The president has plenary (i.e., absolute) power over all executive branch bodies, including the Treasury. This means neither Congress nor the judiciary may interfere. Additionally, as commander in chief, the president has plenary authority to classify or declassify documents and to authorize or remove security clearances.

Where an authority is plenary, no judge may substitute his judgment for the president’s. And yet that is precisely what Judge Engelmayer has done. This is a coup by lawfare.

If allowed to stand, Judge Engelmayer’s order will amend our Constitution by fiat. This is as great an assault on the fabric of our constitutional Republic as our nation has seen since 1776.

Trump’s response must be aggressive and resolute. To vindicate the Constitution, he must declare that the judge’s order is null and void, and he should send a message to the House asking it to impeach Judge Engelmayer."
    ------------------------------------
Then try the traitor for treason and execute him.

Being that the Executive branch is responsible for carrying out and enforcing the laws of the land, I suggest arresting those judges for obstruction of justice and move to have them disbarred.
