The Imperial Judiciary Of The United States - Stealing Power Never Given Them Under the Constitution

Excerpt:
"Using injunctions, a radical leftist cabal is attempting to thwart President Trump from doing the job he was elected to do, which is to enforce and execute the laws of the United States. He should not allow them to do so. Unfortunately, impeachment is not the answer because there is zero chance of getting a conviction, with half the Senate applauding the judge’s actions.

The first thing Trump should do is ignore the order. This will force SCOTUS and/or Congress to act.

The second thing he should do is strongly encourage Congress to act, regardless of what SCOTUS does. (Or doesn’t do given the Manchurians Roberts and ACB.) Congress has the ultimate constitutional power to define the courts’ jurisdiction, whether granting or restricting it. They should eliminate or restrict federal judges’ ability to issue injunctions in general or, at a minimum, prohibit nationwide injunctions.

The Founders created a system of checks and balances that has served America well for most of her history. But that system only works when the three branches remain true to their nature.

You can argue that Congress has given too much of its power to the regulatory state, but that’s a case of one branch willingly, if foolishly, ceding power to another. In the case of the Judicial Branch, we’re seeing something different. Activist judges across the country are asserting that they basically have the power to micromanage how the Executive Branch carries out its constitutional duties. They don’t, but that doesn’t matter if the Executive Branch allows it to become reality. And the reality is, they’re using Chief Justice Roberts’ treacherous “normal appellate review process” framework to run out the clock on President Trump’s term. And Trump knows it."

FFA, I agree. Trump needs to force the supreme court to rule/overrule on these leftists.
Somehow the Douglas Adams line comes to mind: "...the first against the wall when the revolution comes...".

If a judge can thwart the President from doing the job the won the majority of the electorate hired him to do, that is, by definition, violating the separation of powers
      The President has a mandate.
The judge did not campaign on, and win a majority of the people's vote for the position he espouses.
The time to have objected to the proposals candidate Trump expressed, was during the election process.

      The people have spoken.

And again the five anti-constitution traitors of the SCOTUS reveal themselves.
What part of 'shall not be infringed' do these traitors not understand?

I don't like this ruling either, but Gorsuch's point is not to limit them, only that they must have serial numbers, if the ATF says they do. That is not much of a negative to firearm ownership. I am MUCH more interested in features and magazine limits!

The people should be able to own ANY firearm any law enforcement agency can or does use. That is the simplest proper test. It doesn't allow WMD. It is simple. It is fair. It is right. Gorsuch would support this test. Only the useless totalitarian left and probably Roberts would defend an alternative, which is a completely new interpretation of the 2nd.

This is the key decision SCOTUS needs to rule on ASAP. it Destroys gun control almost entirely!

The President has the ultimate power to send the US Marshals to the courts and arrest the miscreant judges and transfer them to Guantanamo Bay for Military Tribunals because the issues are FOREIGN and NOT domestic.

It's not even a "Constitutional" emergency.
Executive Branch is the ONLY Branch with Authority to deal with INTERNATIONAL ISSUES!

Tall order to get this fixed to the apparent will of the people. I'm suspecting America has gone Marxist enough to move the Overton Window in a leftward direction far enough that Marxist Democrats in congress are cheering and too many Republicans in congress haven't got the spine to stand up and stop the shift. The Trump phenomenon is acting as a speed bump, but this unconstitutional judicial lawfare is a giant middle finger salute protecting the leftward shift and an "I-Dare-You" to anyone that gets in the way, including the people hoping the Trump phenomenon can actually make a lasting change to get the country back on track. Tall order, indeed. I can only hope the Q folks got it right and NOCSWIC (No One Can Stop What Is Coming).
