I am so grateful that Officer Daughterty was pardoned, and really worried that the latest scam to grab him and others for things said and done OUTSIDE of J6 will bear more rotten fruit.

They should identify every agent involved and fire them.
The Federal judge should be impeached, and lose his bar license.

Finally, the only reasonable limit on arms possessed by individuals is "Any arms allowed or in use by any law enforcement agency in the country". This sets an absolutely objective trivial test, that states can not dick around with. ANY more limiting interpretation is clearly in violation of the Second Amendment.

I didn't realize how jaded and hard I've become until I read this story; as horrific as it is, I couldn't bring myself to get worked up, because I am not in the least bit surprised by what this gentleman is going through. And I've resigned myself to the fact that nothing will ever happen to any of the assholes--from the street cop to Merrick Garland himself--none of them will ever be disciplined, let alone arrested/tried/jailed. Maybe I've been sober too long.
