Are the Wildfires Reverse Gentrification?

Whether the fires were set on purpose or not, What is a possible result? The wealthy people living there have to leave and how long to rebuild? Who will rebuild in a pile of ashes? Do they want to go back there?

I wonder if the government clears the land, and rebuilds...affordable housing...for the migrants? Maybe giant apartment buildings, pack the people in? Any Twosome Newsome wants the tax money replaced ASAP.

Anyhow, the real-estate angle is in play here. I placed this pondering opinion under Economics.

Looking for investment partners of mt "Phoenix REIT".

The plan is to make low-ball offers on EVERY fire damaged property and then simply wait until the debris settles before redeveloping.

We'll pay CASH on clear titles for land, allowing the owners to walk away clean.

    High-net-worth & accredited investors only.

Wildfires are reality just reasserting itself against WOKE crap. Nothing will stop statism as effectively as confronting unyielding reality.
