It makes sense that Holder wants to be out of office (read: no longer "accountable" - not that he ever considered himself to be) when Lois Lehrner keeps talking to the press while ignoring congressional investigators, and with "Fast and Furious" not going away. Perhaps he thinks a presidential appointment into Ginsburg's slot on the bench doesn't sound like a bad way to ride off into the sunset.
