Congress Gives Itself A Raise: TRAITOR SCUM LOOTER PARASITE Johnson Tries To Ram Through Pork-Filled Funding Package

Excerpt:
"Speaker Mike Johnson, (R-LA), has unveiled a 1,547-page government funding bill that has Republicans seeing red - and not just because of the looming Friday midnight shutdown deadline. Packed with disaster relief, farmer aid - oh, and they're giving themselves a raise, the short-term spending bill is a hot mess of pork.

The bill, known as a continuing resolution (CR), keeps the federal government funded through March 14, buying Congress a little breathing room. But in classic Capitol Hill fashion, the measure is loaded with provisions unrelated to basic spending - and House conservatives are furious, according to Punchbowl News.

$100 billion in disaster relief for hurricane-hit states.
$30 billion in economic assistance for farmers.
Restrictions on U.S. capital investment in China, a win for GOP hawks wary of Beijing’s influence.
A delay in the implementation of a "beneficial ownership" database meant to curb money laundering until 2026.
The transfer of RFK Stadium to the District of Columbia, clearing the way for a shiny new Washington Commanders stadium.
The relocation of an Air National Guard fighter squadron from D.C. to Maryland.
Even the American Music Tourism Act of 2024 got squeezed in
They've also given themselves a pay raise through the resumption of the Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA)
...
Currently, members of Congress earn $174,000 annually—a substantial sum compared to the average American salary, but one that lawmakers argue no longer reflects the cost of serving in office. If COLA adjustments had been in place, their 2024 salaries would reach $243,300, according to a Congressional Research Service (CRS) report.

    Government exists today to support itself and its minions. NOT the citizens. The less the government gets involved, the better off the people are.

      And this morning they claim (if anyone in DC can be trusted to tell the truth) that each part of funding will be split and voted on separately.
      That is how all funding should be done so that no pork gets through without exposing the scum who vote for corruption and payoffs.
      Therefore, it won't be done that way because it would expose the rats eating the corpse of America. D.C. NIFO

        As I predicted, unsurprisingly, the CON-gress did not split the bill because that would have exposed their corruption.
        Just more of the same old $#it from the gang of parasite thieves in D.C.
        D.C. NIFO.
        It's the only way to be sure.

    Had an appointment most of this morning. In the other Hot In The Gulch post this morning, I've been harping on the same current events how much I don't like Traitor Mike Johnson either.

    This "funding bill" is a whitewash bill to hide treasonous acts by Con-Gress.
    On the heels of the report that the DOJ obtained the emails of Schiff and
    Swalwell proving they leaked classified documents to the media,
    Congress has inserted language into the continuing resolution allowing it to quash any subpoena
    @Kash_Patel
    or
    @PamBondi
    might issue for 'House Data'. This would make any investigation into the J6 Committee
    all but impossible. It would cripple any investigation into Schiff and Swalwell.

    It's time for NIFO to D.C.
    They will NEVER be reformed.

    The CON-GRESS continuing funding resolution also contains language that allows
    Congress to block subpoenas for House data - which could prevent an investigation
    into the Jan. 6 committee
    and their unconstitutional acts convicting innocent people.
    This CON-GRESS DESERVES TO BE TRIED AND EXECUTED FOR TREASON.
