Just deport the state of Wisconsin.

Basically offer 1-2 awards per state. For people who (roll over on the ballot harvesting operations, etc. etc. etc).
Or the people who CAMP OUT at the ballot drop box, and record SERIAL droppers.
And again, REMIND people that the White Supremacists have been threatening to shove Road Flares in the boxes, and burn all of the votes up! So anyone who catches them on video is also eligible.
Also, methinks someone should do a few.
And finally, they should not exist.
Drop them off, during BUSINESS HOURS where you have to show an ID and record WHOSE ballots you are dropping off.
This crap was designed to do ballot harvesting.
And NOT the legal kind.

If you speak Spanish you might also take a look at Peru (quick residency/passport/low costs), Ecuador (easy residency/low
costs), Uruguay (less corrupt), Paraguay(easy residency/low cost/gun ownership), and Argentina (low cost/amenities.)
Many don't tax income sources outside the country and if you are paid via a corp that can reduce US income tax.
