I'm just wondering if Foreign Affairs, the media outlet for the Council on Foreign Relations, is trying to outdo Kamala or however she comes up with these incoherent dialectical claptrap bits of 'wisdom'.

I haven't read the article, probably won't. It needs a more sensible title to interest me.
