The recent (5 years or less) photos of this Buydem just don't look like the photos of Biden from 10+ years ago, and it isn't just age.
His face, ears, chin have changed shape and he was never out of the public eye long enough to have had bad plastic surgery.

  I have had the unfortunate experience of watching way too many good friends and family succumb to the ravishes of Dementia/Alzheimers... 18 months at the shortest to 5 or 6 years Max
  Who ever the actor is who's playing old poopsie, it sure ain't that unless Senator from Delaware.
  For those of you who remember waaaay back to 2007 when BuyDumb best friends and colleagues were telling him he was in no mental condition to be The Kenyans VP.

As quickly as me dino clicked on to that very first meme (#1 top), I busted out laughing!

Heard a female Fox News commentator describe

Did you mean to ask who's ruining the country?
Let's face it, the actor playing a long dead BuyDumb, is a stand-in at best.
Dark forces selected him/it, stole the election, propped him up, and are running the country into the ground on purpose.
That and only that is the reason why they will go to ANY* length to keep Trump out of the WH, up to and including Murder!
