Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who -- encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.
1324a(a)(1)(A) makes it unlawful for any person or other entity to hire, recruit, or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States an alien knowing the alien is an unauthorized alien, as defined in subsection 1324a(h)(3).

If we had some sheriffs and Judges who aren’t corrupt, all we would need to do is follow the law. Judges who don’t should immediately be charged with Aiding and abetting and be disbarred.

I have mixed thoughts on this. As an American watching his country do a nose dive into third world status, mostly due to political idiots, I'd like to see American jobs and companies get stronger not weaker. As a capitalist and consumer I want to go to the store and get decent goods at a cheap price. In the food industry, like many others, prices are tied to wages and if a company wants to bring its products less expensively to the grocery store it has to deal with wages. The latest inflationary - government caused - slap makes that problem even worse. I blame this problem mainly on the commies running the government, not companies trying to stay alive and healthy.

HOWEVER AGAIN, with all that said, if Tyson is doing this to be woke by hiring POC and screwing Americans then screw them!
