Who-ever is running the Dem campaign has a level of (misguided) intelligence equal to their level of depravity, very high, very clever. As our mccannon01 says, equivalent to over 6%, but they seem to be able to generate votes with precision exactly where needed.
To overcome that more than electoral appeal is needed.
