When you hear how potent this drug is and then you hear how large the shipments are of it you can't help but think that this is more than a normal drug trafficking exercise. Nefarious interests are likely looking to do things like dump it into the aqueduct, spray it over large gatherings, etc. The amounts coming in are massive.

How would a coroner know if the overdose was intentional or accidental unless a note was left behind?
