This is all so obvious. It makes me sad for America that this kind of thing is swallowed by so many without question.

The entire case should have been thrown out because they are missing a key element: someone who was injured. You can't have fraud without an injured party and that party doesn't exist. The loans in question were paid off according to their terms. The banks never questioned the loans given. This is a HUGE hoax.

I hope Trump has bodyguards he can trust, because if impeachment fails, and jailing him fails, the only thing left to them is to try and kill him.

I suspect the only thing Trump and his legal team can do at this point is exactly what he just did. That is expose this Soviet trial and corrupt judge and the Democrat team to the public for what they are. Maybe a few more people will wake up and smell the coffee.

I understand that the document that Trump read out, outside court, is a standard disclaimer clause in the type of contract being discussed.
If so, that clause wipes out any possible legal claim of fraud or misleading statements such that there is no possible case in law that can be brought.

Simplifying, it tells, warns, the party lending money to do the usual checks.

This judge should be disbarred. I know enough about appraisals and financial statements to totally understand there are many issues with which there can be differences in opinions as to the valuations presented. if you had cash in the bank, there is even argument about how much that is really worth in an inflationary environment that we are going through.

If the loan was granted, and paid off successfully, I don't get what the argument is about. There is no loss. Anyway, the state of new york has no dog in this fight. No loss= no trial.

I really wish that Trump would send a lawyer in to tell the court that since he is being railroaded. He refuses to acknowledge them as legitimate. Then just ignore the bastards.
