Archer, former Hunter business partner in Ukraine, says he will file counter appeal and plans to appear Monday to testify as scheduled. Representative Comer replied that the DOJ letter isn't their first attempt to silence, intimidate witnesses called before the House Oversight Committee.

I see DOJ backed off on this. Too conspicuous an act of tyranny, too many raised eyebrows--even among Dems.
