As I've mentioned elsewhere in the Gulch, I know the Founding Fathers created a republic because of their fear of the tyranny of the majority in a pure democracy. What they never dreamt of is a time of political correctness and woke bringing about the tyranny of the minority.

I am vexed at how such a teeny tiny minority of confused people can permeate and set the narrative for an entire civilization and force their confusion on us all. A civilization that loses its morals and loses its way will lose its life. End times?

Like I said earlier. Why do they have a whole month to celebrate and we only celebrate the birth of our Nation for one day? I object. N

The bottom line of the social contract being written is one word: CONTROL! It has very little to do with gender or inclusion or equity or climate change or any of the myriad of other grievances being force fed to us all. Even when granted every wish demanded, these folks will not be placated. They want to CONTROL your behavior and your thoughts. The dystopic worlds of many fiction authors, including Ms Rand of course, is coming true. Ms. Rand presented a solution that is probably not realizable. Most other authors see no hope for a solution. The end result is usually a kind of Mad Max world where no one remembers how things got so bad.

Update: the charges were dropped and instead, his attorney is pressing charges against the police department. Based on the video evidence, the Reading police department is in for a hit.

I am with you all. But the headline says he was arrested for quoting a scripture. He was arrested for remarks made after he quoted scripture. I don't know what he said. But that can be the key to the atrest. I want truth and accuracy , even in the headlines.
