Disney sues DeSantis
Disney company claims that Gov. DeSantis is "Violating its Constitutional Rights". I must have been asleep when that part of the constitution was taught about companies having rights. All I learned about was our individual rights.

- 3Posted by mccannon01 1 year, 7 months agoI've been loosely following this story, that is if something comes up on it I pay attention; I'm not deliberately seeking the details. My basic understanding is a long time ago the Florida government wanted Disney to build an enterprise within the state to create jobs and generate revenue and part of that was a loose agreement that "government will stay out of Disney's business if Disney stayed out of elected government policy business".
