TAXPAYER MONEY

The people in government COMMIT WRONGS against other people.
The wronged person sues, wins, and the government PAYS out of TAXPAYER FUNDS.
I have a problem with that solution.
I think that penalties normally PAID BY THE TAXPAYERS should come from 90% of ALL ASSETS FROM EVERY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PASSAGE, SIGNING INTO LAW AND THOSE ENFORCING UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS!
Coupled with REMOVAL FROM OFFICE and LIFETIME BAN on ever holding TAXPAYER FUNDED employment should get the point across and ENSURE A BETTER QUALITY PEOPLE on OUR PAYROLL.
WE, THE PEOPLE DID NOT KNOWINGLY HIRE CRIMINALS AND THUGS to run OUR government!
