It was reported also this same AG accepted funding to renovate his million dollar residence and give a job to a woman he was having an affair with. Isn't he an interesting little guy?

I will never be surprised at anything that goes on in our County Court House.I have been attacked by the Texas AG's office three times starting in 2007, 2011 and 2020 but it may be over with the AG is now facing reports of bribery and he fired whistleblowers who are suing him for 3.3 million. Paybacks are hell!

I suspect this "grand jury" was a hand picked TDS cartel to get the results as seen. No different from a Soviet style kangaroo court to dispense with political opponents while pretending it's all legal and proper.

I see Bragg as a Goliath that loosed the Philistines on his own city and I'm hoping Trump is a David with a decent rock.

On every Grand Jury I served on we threw out at least one or two cases after questioning the accuser (police officer, etc.)One was Murder that was justified defensive action, another was murder that was accidental handling of gun by the victim. A Grand Jury does not have to indict someone just because they were accused of something. I was accused by our lying DA and indicted by a Grand Jury convened just to indict me, and my Jury spit on the AG's accusations and threw them. Then the AG's 2nd chair prosecutor was caught tampering with my jury. The Jury made the decision before they knew this guy was tampering and the Judge didn't do anything about it. She deferred to the AG wjho excused his employee saying, 'He didn't find anything that would help him win the case! So tampering is okay in Brazoria County, Texas if the tamperer doesn't get any good help.
