Good one! All those zombie movies were actually ahead of their time. And as I drive to my home here in Colorado, I get to drive down a street lined with homeless camps, and people staggering around talking to themselves, looking exactly like Night of the Living Dead! Sadly, it seems there are not any politicians willing to address the homeless problem in this country. I recently was in Nashville, staring down at a lineup of homeless, right outside my window on Broadway. They were getting food from Kid Rock's place. Something needs to be done about this huge problem.
Every municipal code includes language to the effect that the homeless should not be tolerated. The code is simply not enforced. It's important to treat cancer early. Otherwise, it eventually kills the host.
Actually, those codes were challenged in Federal Court with my home city as defendant. We lost. (Of course, one can claim that our State AG did a crappy job - which is one of the reasons he got primaried after 20 years on the job.)
I see this as an element of human civility being slowly and deliberately destroyed. The narrative, fully exercised, reduces the vast majority of the population to dependent serfs.
Yes, the problem isn't solved by new laws. Just enforce the laws already in place. No one wants to touch the homeless problem, and the police are told to leave them alone. Funny you should mention cancer. I was just thinking how the Californians, New Yorkers, etc. that are leaving their states and moving to Texas and Florida (and here to Colorado), after they have destroyed their states, are like liberal cancer cells spreading. Cancer is easier to kill before it metastasizes.
Leave to the Bee. I wish their cure was possible, but a gal can't get in a word edgewise when it comes to the zombie woke. Better to find that switch to shut their mouths and weld it into the off position if we can take back Congress. And that is a big "if". Thanks allosaur for a really good laugh :)
That giant pumpkin contest you'll see touted at the end? Meh!
These are definitely "interesting" times.
