Odd, often political staff exits are precipitated by an expectation that their boss won't get reelected. Harris isn't up for reelection so it must be obvious to her staff that she's failing, and they're bailing out thinking she is going to give up and Agnew, or be forced out by the Party. That would make way for Biden (i.e. his "puppeteer bosses") to nominate a competent replacement to become POTUS if Biden resigns (is pushed out) for "health reasons". Is this an emerging Democrat game plan - replace the entire administration to try to salvage any chance of keeping the White House in 2024 or even, if they move fast, reduce their Congressional losses in 2020?
