Because EVERYBODY knows the BEST way to “Lower Costs” is to restrict supply through executive orders and reneging on contracts. Then pick a fight with a large energy producing country. After the largest energy producing country won’t even take your phone calls.

This means there are loads of college graduates with economics degrees that are clueless as to how an economy actually works.
