This particular case involves "Health and Senior Services," which just annoys the heck out of me.
Major point that the circuit court's ruling gets right is that the delegation of certain powers to HSS unconstitutionally creates an authority subject to no one. Yes, it'll probably go to the Missouri State Supreme Court.
Same principle needs to be applied elsewhere. The USDA, supposedly set up to help US agriculture, unconstitutionally makes regulations that prevent farming. I was told, about 20 years ago, that I would need to fence in my farm with perimeter chain link, including putting fence through a swamp. They should not have any such authority.
