I took this from Gab. It was posted by Andrew Torba.

After eighteen years of active duty service in the US Army, a lieutenant colonel has resigned.
He’s walking away from all he’s worked for and believed in since he was an ROTC kid at UGA.
He’s walking away from his retirement.

Attached is his resignation letter:

My daughter is a 12 year active USCG Aircraft commander. She has been ordered to take the inoculation. She is very aware of the consequences of doing so. The time has come to decide which side you are on. This is what modern warfare looks like. The enemy is both foreign and domestic. Godspeed that she makes the correct and informed decision. I will be leaving the USCGAUX should she be forced to take this poison. I choose not to work with an agency that does not honor their oath of office. My daughter will remain on the battlefield to continue the fight. But she must learn to find those that are trusted and repel those who are against her. This is so sad. But we are at war folks. No turning back. We are at war.

This makes me ill. Within months of retirement and having achieved the high rank of Lt Col. (that took a lot of hard work) this lovely man is resigning rather than allowing these animals to invade his body with a stupid experimental inoculation. What have we created? A monster, I feel. No one person has this right over millions. How have we reached this level?

America needs a few million of these patriots to act on behalf of the Constitution.

Yes, but I strongly doubt our enemies will wait patiently for the strife to end. Plenty of chinese land owners and muslim refugees spread across the US. It wouldn't take much.

If China acts it will be on Taiwan and it will prove the incompetence of the US military industrial complex again.
They will then need to distract the sheep with a false flag by supposed domestic terrorists.
The "few million" newly ex-military would be available to act as needed along with 20 million gun owning patriots.
You're right. It will happen. Be prepared. As Rand Paul said, they can't arrest all of us.

Yes, they can't arrest or kill all of us. When the youth of today realize what their parents had and they have lost it will be a WTF moment. I suspect the college students this week end chanting "Fuck Joe Biden" may be seeing the light.

We can only hope you are correct. I fear the mood of people in our country. Too many have drank the kool-aid and think "the vote" will correct our ills. The vote is corrupt. History shows that evil wins. The Bible says, GOD wins, but oh the misery.

Wow. A true Patriot. I am also preparing to be put out to pasture by my employer, although I plan to put up a fight with the data. Way too many syncophants in upper management, who just do as told, and never question. No oone seems to want to acknowledge the one legal issue they can use, the "FDA approved" vaccine is not available for at least a year, the one they are forcing is still the EUA version, that had the EUA extended. Lots of guidance that we should make them fire us, so as to have lawsuit power in the end, I am unsure of that because I can retire and milk my employer for alsmost 1K a month of "pension", and still have my "Profit sharing" account available for the moment to use. If they fire, not sure if that 1K would be there, so still need to go investigate if they decide to be stupid. But if Intel goes to the dark side with no provisions for moral/religious exception, I would dump their stock, because the vast majority of people I know who will walk are the few who still know how to fix things and keep an already creaky machine going. Once gone, I can absolutely say, they will collapse.

Would love to see a go fund me for the guy....

According to Military law a soldier has a right to refuse any order that they feel is immoral or violates the oath.
It is obvious that the Secretary of Defense is trying to "cleanse" the military and establish allegiance to the party instead of the constitution. Exactly Like the Nazi and the Communist did/do.

This loyalty question was secretly circulated amongst the military when Clinton was president. There was an overwhelming response that the military would protect the people of this country and not follow the president. Looks like they are trying it again, this time getting ride of people that don't play along.

It is important that thoses that are loyal to the Constitution try their best to stay in the military to head off this kind of Treachery. OF course those that feel taking the shot is wrong or those that don't want to resist that immoral order for fear of what they might to do them should follow their own conscience and heart.

The communist and fascist are constantly attacking the USA and now we have to fight them from with in our own ranks.

I support this guys decision, it's a screaming shame that Binden (bonehead) and the other Fascist Democrat's hates this country so much !!!! This guys' skills can be used in alternate ways of organization and strategy.

I can't get into the details here at this time. But, I will be deciding to take a very similar action very soon, most likely. However, I'll get some retirement from it as opposed to getting nothing But....let's just say something is happening today that I expect will make the determination for me.

I feel for this gentleman who drafted this resignation letter. Mine won't have to have any details like this. Just, "Goodbye", in essence.

How sad. I do not think he is wrong. But there is loyalty upward and THERE IS LOYALTY DOWNWARD. And with the present Commander-in-Chief--well, who can say Biden has demonstrated any such loyalty?!

Having served in the military, I have to disagree with his stance on "the shot".

Military men and women have been guinea pigs for experimental vaccines for as long as we've had vaccines. In my mind, getting routine inoculations were the least dangerous thing we really had to face.

Now, granted, I haven't had a flu shot, since getting out, over 40 years ago, but I'm a civilian and have that option.

My husband (Army) said the same thing.

Joining the military means that you become a "GI" (Government Issue) and hence: "Government property".

He said that our government uses the troops as guinea pigs for all sorts of vaccines.

I agree, to an extent. The oath your husband, and I, took:

"I,____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to the regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God"

Notice the oath states, “I will obey the orders of the President of the United States...”, but the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) Article 90 states that military personnel need to obey the "lawful orders of his/her superior. The duty and obligation to obey lawful orders creates no grey area for discussion. But does the military member have a duty to DISOBEY “unlawful orders” including orders of senior officers, Secretary of Defense and even the President of the United States? The UCMJ actually protects the soldier in this situation as he/she has a moral and legal obligation to the Constitution and not to obey unlawful orders and the people who issue them.
These have to be strong examples of a direct violation of the Constitution and the UCMJ and not the military member’s own opinion.

Being ordered, commanded, to submit to taking a experimental untested non-vaccine which serves no purpose, that immunizes/protects the host from nothing, is dangerous only to <1% of the world, and in some cases having negative or lethal effect on the host which impacts readiness is not a lawful order. Ordering a soldier to cook a grenade in a public place serves more purpose, and therefore more lawful (albeit unlawfully immoral), than taking this fau-xx,

I'd love to take credit for all of the above, but it was easier to cut-and-paste than try to type it all out myself

Not sure how the vaccines, which have been tested on hundreds of millions of humans, have not been thoroughly tested? The use of coercion by government and corporate entities is the evil along with most Americans spending large parts of their lives in trance states, having given up the critical parts of their reason and then gone on believing that their religious and philosophical and other daily beliefs are rational.

Funny I don’t see the safety profile on your beloved mRNA “vaccine”

      From the CDC website
      Safety Information by Vaccine
Get the latest safety information from CDC on recommended U.S. vaccines – safety studies, common side effects, vaccine information statements and more.

      Chickenpox (Varicella) Vaccines

Haemophilus influenzae Type b (Hib) Vaccines
      Hepatitis A Vaccines
      Hepatitis B Vaccines
      Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccine
      Influenza (Flu) Vaccines
      Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) Vaccines

The CDC doesn't determine the safety of a drug. The FDA does.
Here is a recent study on one of the mRNA vaccines:

All vaccines in widespread use up until the current crop were judged as safe before release. This was after very thorough testing and years of experience. Then, some of them, causing a number of deaths lower than the current crop, were withdrawn and the designation of 'safe' was withdrawn.
The word safe has been given a new meaning under the weight of money and contrived hysteria.

When are the animal tests to be published?
They have done no such tests are all the animals died in previous corona virus tests.
When are the routine test reports scheduled for release?
About October 2022 then over the following year for the vaccines now in widespread use.

would you be able to understand the research papers which you would have to read to see if the CDC was reporting right?
Why not get rid of both the FDA and CDC like many Libertarians and Objectivists advocate? Suppose they were not there to somewhat protect those who do not take time to learn enough to judge whether something is harmful or helpful. I don't socialize in person so have not gotten the vaccine until I brush up on molecular biology to see whether there is a chance of creating an autoimmune condition with the B and T cells recognizing other similar proteins as antigens.

              Interesting points raised-

              1. Would/could I read and understand the papers if available?
Not an applicable question, now, the papers are not available, but taking the vaxes may soon have compulsion bribes coercion and threats.
Normally I would not bother. I could employ specialists for that task, eg my own doc, or use specialists who have expressed opinion in the press or on the net. The issues today with these vaxes are not medical or scientific, they are political.
A year ago I did go thru a set of medical papers with care. All the ones available at that time, about eight, the ones that said HCQ did not work on Wuhu. I judged six of them to be in the range poor to fraudulent, could not fault two, but I have no way to check financial and organization imperatives of the writers.
Example, the papers that selected patients in a serious condition in hospital, clearly in late stage Wuhu infection. There are no claims that HCQ works on late stage.

The real issue is not whether I have read and understood (non-existent) papers. It is whether I have a choice or not, not how my choice is made, and, "if" compulsion is justified by government there had better be a very strong case. Right now, there is no case.

              2. The idea of getting rid of FDA and CDC does appeal.
Note, CDC is a private profit-making company, major ownership is with the Big Pharmas. The FDA has had an unsavory reputation for years. My view, even as a semi-Objectivist, is that there may be some merit in industry regulators in protecting the public as consumers. Such a role is not being performed by FDA, has it ever? Maybe yes, on small companies and minor issues. Instead, they protect the biggest manufacturers, only.

"Note, CDC is a private profit-making company, major ownership is with the Big Pharmas. "

The CDC is a government agency. The CDC Foundation is private sector foundation that supports what the CDC wants done. Probably has too much influence. It would be best that CDC and FDA would just be an information gathering , giving the best information to the public with hopes that it gives a damn. E.g, the GRAS list seems helpful on checking food additives. But the public will likely follow today's patent medicine TV advertisers with their smiley drug users while the required list of some of worst side effects are read in the background.
I am not sure of quarantines. I was quarantined because of scarlet fever in house. My father would leave groceries on the front porch. It was not bad getting out of school for two weeks which gave me time to assemble the model planes that I won on the radio show "Uncle Ned's Squadron. ( sorry for the early 1950's reminiscence but things not remembered pop in my 81 year mind letting me know that I haven't reached the Shakespearean "...sans everything").

                  i. a gov agency
                  ii private sector

Thinking, one is bad enough so there are two of them!

What I have never been able to understand is how so many humans are able to live periodically in trance states having given up their choice to question and then end up reasoning with group think thus being other directed. This seems to happen most often in politics, religion, and philosophy.
