If that should occur VP Harris would have to vacate her office thereby removing the deciding vote in the Senate and Mitch (the ultimate RINO) would be in charge. None of the proposed legislation would pass including the “For the People Bill,” “The Green New Deal,” court-packing, the $3.5T budget reconciliation, and all other control grabbing measures. There is only a short window to execute their agenda. “While that window remains open, Joseph Robinette Biden must remain president. Whether he serves honorable or dishonorably, whether coherently or incoherently, whether alive or dead.”

What nightmares are made of. Joe resigns or is kicked out. Kamala becomes President and selects Nancy Pelosi as VP. Kamala resigns. Nancy is President. VP? Bernie, Chuck. New Speaker is ? Sleep well thinking of this.

The only scenario that works is to have the audits in Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia prove that Trump won those states and the election is reversed.

If joe goes, Kamala will get the top spot and she...or the power behind the throne...will decide who the VP will be....It could very easily be Bernie the commie! He laid down for the party twice...once for the Hildaberast and once for Bite-me. It will not be the Hildabeast since she has some sort of serious health problem and Kamala will never allow it since there is too much risk of "Clintoncide" for her. ...also it will create too much progesterone at the highest levels of government to have 2 females as prez. and VP.. Also almost as many people hate the Hildabeast as hate Kamala. Also...as a group the Democrat's are significantly more racist and sexist than Republican's. You gotta have a white guy in the mix. That is wht Bite-Me was Obamas VP.

Under Section 1 of the 25th Amendment a presidential resignation or death places the Vice President as President. Section 2, I believe, says that the new VP is selected by the new President and must be approved by majorities in the Senate and the House.

I have a feeling that any actions taken will be immediately challenged in the courts. Just what the country needs…

It's not up to Pelosi. Under the 25th Amendment it must be decided if the VP, SOH, Pres Pro Tem of the Senate or SOS, etc is 'qualified'.

I've heard it explained (not that I agree it's possible) that Nancy could put her nephew in there, at least at VP. I don't believe it. But...if that happens maybe we WILL actually get to a SHTF moment...
