Rand Paul and Anthony Fauci Clash on NIH Funding

So gain of function is defined only when transmissibility is increased from animal to animal and not from animal to human! WTF ???

This is like if my neighbor decides to build a massive bomb in his garage. The local authorities say he can't do that. So, he ships his prototype to a shop in China and gets the American tax payers to foot the bill for a crew there to continue to work on this bomb. Then the bomb explodes, sinks half of China into the sea and kills countless people. Then he says, "That wasn't a bomb."
And one more thing. I've been keeping an eye on the NIH for 15 years. They are nothing more than a funnel of money to favored medical interests with zero regard for the public. No surprise they are at the center of this... I remember when I was at a public hearing on autism that they hosted. It got so ugly that I left at the lunch break and said, "I'm just going to stop fighting and enjoy my son..."
