Pfizer and Moderna's Third Worst Scenario?...
This article is about the "second worse" scenario. See the irony here? A vaccine that works long term isn't good because the companies could have a faltering revenue stream. I keep thinking we need to wait about another year to see if the cytosine storm that shut down this technology in the animal studies takes hold. That said...this story is somewhat valid. The answer, of course, is to do what the CEO of Moderna said they were going to do: convince the government that their shot needs to be incorporated into the season flu shot as an accompanying booster. Now we're talking a long-term revenue source for the stock holders.
Define "efficacy". Then define all the long term side effects. You can't? Oh, that's right, there was no testing.
In May the Pfizer vaccine was working respectably well against Covid cases in Israel, and the government relaxed the rules.
Then the Delta strain arrived with plodding predictability, and suddenly the efficacy against infection fell from 94% to 63%. (Though the numbers are small).
Like every other country it arrived in, the Delta variant (formerly known as the Indian double-mutant) rapidly outpaced the other variants, and is now responsible for 9 out of 10 cases of Covid in Israel.
In Tel Aviv, 75 students got infected at one party from a vaccinated person who had caught the virus from another vaccinated person.

Compare that against Vitamin D, Zinc, and Ivermectin. Billions of doses and no side effects and very high efficacy.
In Mexico excess deaths dropped 106% (yes, to lower than 'normal') after Ivermectin was approved and promoted.
