As I said almost a year ago...we've not been able to vaccinate against coronaviruses because of a few reasons - one being that these types of viruses change too quickly. Now we have had news of five or six new variants. So, now Moderna is coming out with a special third shot for one of these variants. The new recommendation (along with wearing two masks) is to take both of the primary shots and be ready to take special boosters every year. What if there are a dozen variants identified at one time in the future? Roll up your sleeves and pull down your pants. LOL
