While most of the article deals with facts we already know. Can any fellow gulches shed some light on the recombinant effects on viruses with the vaccine?

-- Is this some kind of joke?
Your body SHOULD test positive for COVID-19 after getting vaccinated because that pathogen was introduced into your body. The other thing to remember is that at least one of the COVID tests can easily be triggered from viral remnants which can remain in the blood for weeks after the actual infection has been conquered.
And there is the potential for another scenario: if the vaccinated individual has an different mild and avirulent virus in the body, it recombines with the “stuff” contained in the Vaccine and thus the newly created recombinant virus is now virulent.
Gee, we lucky humans make such wonderful Petri dishes.
