Republicans Got What They Deserved. America Will Now Have To Pay the Price.

"Democrats will have full control of the executive and legislative branches of government."

"This is the outcome that Republicans deserve after four years of not merely tolerating but largely embracing Trump's authoritarian, spendy, and uninformed ways. [...]It is what they should get for following Trump down an insane rabbit hole of conspiracy theories instead of rejecting him as the failed president that he is and moving in a different direction."

"More spending, bigger government, and more liberal appointees to the executive branch and the federal courtsβ€”that's where Trumpism has led. (In fairness, Republicans were already doing a lot of the first two things.)"

I agree with Mr. Boehm, but I'm careful what I wish for. I'm concerned that some politicians is studying Mr. Trump, developing a way to combine nationalist and socialist grievance politics into something horrific.

C.G. Covid forced the administration to refund tax payments in the form of PPP and unemployment compensation. Prior to that the economy was on a role. I certainly don't see any funding of loser companies (crony capitalism - can you say Solendra?). I can go on and on.
If you study history the massive expansion of government into full blown socialism under Biden/ Harris will be the ultimate downfall. of the USA. Following our financial collapse, in one or two administrations we will have pretty much a dictator who will promise to save our country. Sound familiar?

Regarding your second point about socialism, collapse, and dictatorship in a matter of years, I predict nothing remotely of the sort will happen. I think it's utter nonsense.
I bought gold at the beginning of this week, though, so you can't trust my predictions.

The economy was doing great. I've been thinking we're due for a recession. I've read some commentary saying the pandemic-related recession was our recession, and now we're in recovery. I don't think so. I think we're at the end of a cyclical expansion with a pandemic making it feel like cyclical contraction. I'm generally bearish. I don't understand why gold has gone down this week. I expect one party controlling the presidency and both chambers of Congress will mean lots of borrowing, probably higher inflation. The Fed has already said it's not just trying to hit inflation targets for this year but for the moving average of recent years.
I increased my gold exposure a week ago, which shows how bad my predictions are, at least in the short term.

When there is a successful revolution and individual liberty has been restored, the DS, GOP, and Dems will get what they deserve.

Looks like the typical left wing litany of accusations without any proof or explanations. Even the links are pointing to articles long on wind and short on anything of substance. The publication is called "Reason", but would be better named "Feelings" because that is what the articles are designed to address.

He is entitled to his opinion. Was Trump a political genius? No. Did he have ALOT of BiPartisan β€œhelp” getting us into the state we are in? You Betcha!
Wednesday proved that if he had really tried to drain the swamp he would have had the support of the people.
If he pardons Assange and Snowden he really was on our side. If not. He’s just another actor in a really bad TV show.
