I saw this on Fox News yesterday morning. IMHO academia is on the cutting edge of converting America to a Marxist totalitarian society and institutions like Harvard breed a brain washed Soviet style legal system that will be needed in the courts to give the Neo Communists the veneer of being legitimate. There is no need to actually shred the Constitution when it can be legally redefined to mean something entirely different than intended.

They view cases the same way. They are taught inductive reasoning eg find what fits what you want to say, which is why doctors so often do not understand lawyers as we are taught to approach things deductively eg elimination of % based on most probable to proven otherwise.
