old farmer
my wife found this thought it was funny.
" an old VA farmer was at the doctor's office and the doc ask his opinion on Biden and his possible roll of our president. The old farmer said,"well, ya know, Biden is a Post Turtle." Not being familiar with the term, the doctor ask him what a "post turtle" was ? The old man said," when you are driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that is a post turtle." The doc looked puzzled, so the farmer explained:"you know he didn't get up there himself , he doesn't belong up up there, he doesn't know what to do while he is up there, he is elevated beyond his ability to function and you just wonder what kind of dumb ass put him up there to begin with."

- 5Posted by GaryL 4 years, 2 months agoI lived in KY, for a short time back in 2001 and it sure was a different place from where I grew up in NY. Riding my side by side UTV along some back woods trails I came across a few "Post Turtles". They were just stuck there spinning their wheels (legs) but couldn't touch the post to dislodge themselves. I thought it was extremely cruel so of course I rescued them and got them to water. In conclusion, I'd have left Biden right up there!| Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink

Research puts it earlier than 1996.
