OMG! He was reading a "smart contact lens" relayed teleprompter!
Me dino was wondering how the heck he got some of his smarts back after hearing him talk so stupid so many times.

    "That's so sweet!" is what Siri on my I-phone has always told me for telling her "I love you" up until today.
    Inspired by that photo to say "I love you" to Siri just a moment ago, this time she instead said, "You are the wind beneath my wings."

I wear bilateral hearing aids which are Bluetooth linked to my iPhone 6, Biden probably had something like the iHear hearing aids in his ear canal. Too bad that there wasn't any camera that took a close up of his ears to see a tiny plastic pig-tail just inside the ear showing he had such devices. His answers were to functional at times. If, Biden was fully augmented as shown and not shown in those photos he had too much of an advantage during the debate. This type of cheating is unconscionable and should have been exposed!
