I wish someone would explain to the Demonrats that the word 'shall' in the Constitution like in any Ordinance a City passes is mandatory. 'May' is optional.

"Come on, man!" Thanks to the last meme on the top row, now I know to add "Hidin' Biden" to my Sleepy Creepy Quid Pro Quo Senile Joe ad hominen collection.
Due to being 73 during the Covid-19 pandemic, the first meme in the second row inspires me to ask the same favor about who not to let me vote for.
Me dino must be part dog. A doorbell heard on TV has sent me to my front door at least twice. Don't like car horn toots or sirens heard on my car radio either.

    The red seeping from the eyes and mouth and the evil contemplative expression together with the "unexplained suicides" surrounding her brought that expression to my mind. However I do like "eyes wide shut" -- chuckle!
