Thanks for the excellent analysis, Walter. šŸ‘

For years I misunderstood the rationale of politicians and others who made presentations that appeared less than rational to me.

When I realized that a presentation was not intended for an the audience of people who think like I do, I began to analyze and better understand the purpose.
It is often still very difficult to understand.
Thanks again for the reminder. ;^)

One telling poll, not noted in the media, was the Telemundo poll. It asked its viewers to select the debate winner, and 66% picked Trump. That has to be unsettling to the DNC, which thinks it owns the Hispanic vote. Even a CNN poll, targeted at minority likely voters, had Hispanics supporting Trump by a large margin, and they refused to publish the results from black viewers.

If Trump does better with minorities than last time, and suburban moms decide they are more interested in safety than more giveaways, this could be a landslide victory for the President. None the less, I'm going to predict that no matter how wide the margin at the end of November 3rd, Biden isn't going to concede, demanding that any decision wait until at least a week after the polls close, so that all the mail in ballots be counted. At the worst, the more uncertainty, fog, and court challenges will probably be futile, as nearly all states refuse to hear challenges if the vote margin is more than 1%.

If Democrat efforts to overturn the election results fail, expect to see an increase in violence in the cities, with calls for a revolution, and some demanding that "blue" states secede from the union. These efforts will come from a loud minority, and hopefully will die out quickly. If not, I suspect it will be the death knell for the Democrat party, as it dissolves into a radical socialist branch and a muddled group uncertain as to what it stands for.

I do not think the debates changed anyone's minds. Debates, in this case, are not needed.

I agree. Debates are not like they used to be in the 60's. Back with Reagan the candidates used to promote their own policies. Now its a slug fest with the leftist candidate just trying to make the opposing candidate look bad. I just turn it all off
