How does the Democrat party expect the country to Mr. Biden seriously as a candidate for the Presidency? I always thought he was a bit quirky like asking the paraplegic to rise to be recognized but lately there is much more going on. Several days ago I heard a speech delivered quite well, it was obviously read and definitely written by someone else. Right after there was another address which was made up of disconnected phrases that had no subject and made no point. Does the party assume it can rely on the voting blocs they have so carefully cultivated over the years with promises they've never kept or do they have a last minute surprise to spring on the delegates at the convention?

Given that most intelligent citizens find fault with both the incumbent and the one leading in the polls and wish they had a more acceptable alternative need to know that there is a dark horse in the race now that the Libertarian Party has chosen Jo Jorgensen as their presidential candidate. My wife and I were watching Hannity on Fox Last week. They showed Biden in his basement talking and my wife who has been a RN for 40 yrs ( & is still working as one) said that Biden was having a TIA ( transient Ischemic attack). She could be that he is running for President. Any stress could lead to further brain damage.
When we watch some of the hospital and emergency drama series on TV she always comments on the errors on the medical procedures. I told her numerous times that she write to the networks to be a medical adviser.

DNC feels it's his turn after being a lifelong career politician. Like Hillary. So they want to send him home with a participation ribbon.
