COVID Update

I drafted a pretty extensive note on this virus. But, I decided to delete it and just mention a few things that have come to light in my work. The 6 feet distance that they say is "social distancing"? Bullcrap. It appears that 27 is probably a better distance. 27. Not a number I pulled out of a hat. Only HEPA MERV 14 filtration, or tighter, is effective at slowing this bug. This virus appears to be able to travel through the air on smaller coughed/talked/sneezed droplets than similar viruses. That's why it was so mysteriously airborne in my early studies (27, not 6). We didn't know why then. We're starting to piece it together now. The sun kills this virus.

My own observation: The glad-handing by a prominent government official, and insider trading, indicate to me that Moderna will be the first to place a vaccine on the market. It will be rushed to market, possibly as early as September, to get the school vax market. This will be prior to sufficient testing IMO. It had "complications" for three test subjects already. But, that's something we can talk about when it hits.

Keep your hands clean. Avoid crowded places. Learn to avoid touching your face. N95 masks, IMO, are still the proper attire, vs these other things we're seeing being worn all over. The N95 is the same material as the fiber MERV 14. Many here are going to get this thing. Take care of your health.

Oh...The latest news is that they are thinking about bringing back the banned, live-virus polio vaccine to fight this. The article on this is so full of factual fallacies that it reads like a mess. I'll include it here later...

"The sun kills this virus." What about some kind of artificial sunlight type sun lamps placed strategically in the workplace, shopping areas, restaurants, subways, or even at home?

Crossing the blood brain barrier is a big problem with vaccines...there is no need for that with flu vax's...not to mention, the vaccine really doesn't do much at all.

Any in depth studies on Non Secretors, that you have run across would be appreciated.

Postscript and disclaimer - I have done almost no investigation on this the past couple months. On Wednesday I was in a meeting with a large group of other engineers from across the nation who work in my industry and these factoids came out of that meeting from other geeks who had kept on researching.

I've been watching our "leaders" basically just saying, "OK, time to reopen now." without any scientific backing for it. Ends up that this virus may be as I originally thought - very bad, beyond anything we've seen in my lifetime, possibly more than our current paradigm can handle. I don't think it's purely from nature, either, if what we are seeing is accurate.Sorry that I don't have much more on it.

    Thanks, Abaco.
So looting during a sunny day at a distance from other looters should be safer.
Did your investigation uncover any details on whether using a fingertip blood oxygen level sensor is good for early COVID detection (showing lower than normal blood oxygen levels)?
