While I am overall happy with President Trump's presidency I am so disappointed with his budgets. I thought it would be different with an Independent. The President has 740.5 billion in the 2020 budget. China is at 177 billion and Russia is at 21 billion. These countries know the dominance is decided with strategy, internet and the digital world. We are wasting so much of our resources with our incredible military. Look at what a small military presence our two biggest competitors have around the world our two biggest competitors. They know where the wars will be won in the future.
